OfficeExpert TrueDEM supports all public versions of Microsoft 365. However, it is a dynamic environment where updates and changes happen often and fast. Delay in ingesting real-time call data

  • We are currently experiencing a delay in the ingestion of Call Real Time Data. While no data is being lost, there is a latency issue causing delayed data. As a result, dashboards such as Live Teams Call Status are affected and may not display all the information accurately.

Issues with retrieving real-time call data from Microsoft Teams

  • There are several known issues related to retrieving call data from the Microsoft Teams client. Updates to newer versions of Microsoft Teams can affect the reliability of data retrieval. As a reminder, panagenda officially supports only the Microsoft Teams versions that are on the Public ring (TAP, Beta, Early Access Versions are not supported).
    There are various instances at the moment where our Teams plugin may lose its connection to the Teams application. One such instance is when the client is updated during idle time. Another instance occurs when the Teams client restarts components in the backend without requiring a complete restart of the Teams client.
    In both scenarios, one reliable solution to resolve these issues is to regularly reboot the computer.
