This page delves into the substandard WiFi networks used for Teams calls of a single user. It offers a grouped list of SSIDs that the user utilized during Teams calls. If the user employs multiple SSIDs, one can easily identify in the TrueDEM WiFi Score column which SSID meets the WiFi quality standards for Unified Communications more effectively. By expanding an SSID, a detailed list of calls will be displayed. These calls are clickable and will redirect you to the real-time call page. The list facilitates a quick understanding of whether all calls are affected by not meeting the quality standards or only a few of them.
